Your membership is and will remain free.

Create an account by clicking the "Sign In" button. Then click on the button that is located in the registration area and fill out the registration form. You can also easily set up your customer account when you place your first order. In both cases you will need to enter your email address and a password. You can use this data to log into your customer account at any time in the future. When you are logged in, you can view and change your data.

Simply add as many items as you like to your shopping cart while browsing our store. If you want to continue with the order, go to the shopping cart and click on "Checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with the delivery information and choosing the payment method for goods - we will ship your package within 2 working days. Our support team is here to help you every step of the way!

To view your previous orders, please log in to Road To Sky with your email address and password. Select the »Customer Account« icon, then select »Your Orders«. On the desktop site, the client account icon is located in the upper right corner of the page. In the app, you'll find the customer account icon in the lower right corner.

Road To Sky ships to multiple countries around the world. The exact list can be viewed in the checkout area.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail listing the items you have ordered, your billing and delivery address and the payment method you have chosen. Finally, your purchase will be delivered to you and we wish you a lot of fun with your new items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply start the return process.

There can be several reasons why a credit card payment is declined. For example a typo, an invalid card, a missing verification or a technical error on our website. We are happy to offer you the following alternative payment options: PayPal.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept secure payments for local and international customers via credit cards, debit cards and PayPal.

Simply enter your voucher code in the »Voucher code« field when paying. The total amount of your order will then be immediately reduced by the value of your voucher.

You can of course return items that you do not like. Please note that the refund will be made using the same payment method used to place the order.

We usually deliver items that are immediately available within 7-15 working days.

We send your packages to you free of charge.

If you want to check that your order was placed correctly, you can check the order confirmation email we sent you. Your orders are also listed in your customer account and can be found under »Orders«. If you have any further questions about your order, you can contact our customer service at any time via our contact form, we will be happy to help you.

Due to technical issues we are currently not providing a tracking link. However, rest assured that all Global orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days. If it is not delivered within 4 weeks, please contact our customer service via our contact form. We're here to help.

Our items are shipped in cooperation with our shipping partner DHL and its local national partners in the destination country.
