At ROAD TO SKY, we value customer satisfaction, which is why we offer a 30-day return/exchange service to all buyers (Within 30 days of receipt of the items). Please note the following return conditions:

◉ Customized items or personal hygiene products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
◉ Electronic products and software must be returned in an unactivated or unregistered state.
